Elizabeth Crawford (Coach Liz) is a Certified Career and Personal Development Coach and Adult Educator. With a passion to assist career women in career elevation strategies in becoming a success driven, self-sufficient and fully functioning individual. Thriving in both the workplace and personal development. This is done by assisting clients with the resources and tools necessary to succeed and linking them to additional resources available in the community. She believes in implementing a holistic approach catering to the mind, body, and spirit. Using practical biblical strategy and insight, Coach Liz connects with her client’s needs. She has partnered with employers and organizations to create a harmonious work place environment that is based on results through vision, planning, and strategic road maps. Assisting businesses and corporations to bridge the communication gap between employer and employee and build a sustainable relationship of mutual respect and understanding.

As a Career Coach, Coach Liz assists her clients with polishing up (enhancing) their resume, developing a career portfolio, career goals, pathways and transitions. As a Personal Development Coach, she assists clients with the five pillars of personal development physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual in hope of eliminating stress and burn-out while establishing a harmonious work-life balance. Coach Liz inadvertently, helps her clients overcome limiting beliefs (Imposter Syndrome, Analysis Paralysis, negative self-imagery) which often paralyzes career success.
As a Consultant, Coach Liz partners with employers through conducting seminars on “Effective Communication in the Workplace”, “What Employers Want Versus What Employees Need” and “Establishing a Conducive and Productive Work Environment”. For over 20 years, Coach Liz facilitated countless workshops, briefings, and seminars to soldiers, family members, and the civilian community as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the areas of domestic violence, assault and trauma, education, life skills, coaching and various family support initiatives.
Elizabeth firmly believes that the family unit can function successfully when all members are healthy, whole and working together. After working with the military, Elizabeth held a position with a Fortune 500 healthcare company. However, corporate life was not suited for her creativity. That experience gave her a new perspective on workplace and personal life balance. After seeing co-workers and herself experience burn-out and dissatisfaction, she decided that she would work to assist women to find and maintain their life and work balance. After many years, research and a few positions along the way Wisdom & Insights and her niche were developed.
Spiritually, Elizabeth believes that God has provided everything we need pertaining to life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3. Therefore, giving back to the community is paramount. Elizabeth works within her community volunteering as needed when possible with the American Red Cross and State and Local Government. She has also partnered with the Academy of Creative Coaching providing pro bono services to those affected and facing challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Most recently, Elizabeth has partnered as a Consultant for a Higher Education client.
Ms. Crawford holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Adult and Continuing Education, she is a National and International Best-Selling Author, a Certified Career and Personal Development Coach, Certified Global Career Development Facilitator and Entrepreneur.
